    9. We will use the personal email address you provide during the registration process to communicate with you regarding the website.

    14. You agree that your festing.com account is non-transferable and any rights to our account or the contents thereof terminate upon your death.  Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.
    15. The Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Festing, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and Festing, Inc. agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of DuPage County, Illinois or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois as appropriate.
    16. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Service or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or forever be barred.
    17. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Festing, Inc. and govern your use of the Service.  These Terms of Use supersede any prior agreements between you and Festing, Inc.  You may also be subjected to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other Festing, Inc. services, affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
